For Crisper Crust Using Doughballs
- Let dough proof in dough retarder.
- Scrape the dough from the dough tray and place the MOIST side in a 12" diameter pan of Pizza Crisp.
- Press out dough to desired size; sauce, cheese, and top with desired ingredients.
- Bake as normal.
For Pre-Rolled Crusts
- Put a layer of Pizza Crisp on your board.
- Drop the pre-rolled crust on to the Pizza Crisp.
- Sprinkle Pizza Crisp on to the top and press into the dough.
- Top; Bake as normal.
For a Better Presentation
- Sprinkle Pizza Crisp UNDER the toppings to absorb vegetable moisture.
- Sprinkle Pizza Crisp ON TOP of pepperoni to absorb excess oil.
